The steel shot is made of high-carbon steel and processed by high-temperature heat treatment process, with a hardness between HRC 40-50. This hardness range can effectively remove oxide scale and casting sand, and avoid excessive wear on the workpiece surface.
High Roundness Particles
The steel shot particles are strictly screened after mechanical centrifugal granulation, and the roundness is as high as 0.85 (ASTM standard).
