High Hardness Structure
Blue ceramic abrasive adopts high-temperature sintering and refining process to form a dense crystal structure with a Mohs hardness of more than 9. This high hardness enables the abrasive to achieve a metal removal rate of 18~25 cm³/min when grinding hard materials such as stainless steel, high-carbon steel, and nickel-based alloys.
Microcrystalline Self-sharpening
The abrasive particles are composed of microcrystals, which will undergo controlled fracture during use, exposing new sharp cutting edges. This self-sharpening feature means that the abrasive can remain sharp even after long-term grinding, thereby extending its replacement cycle to more than 120 minutes.
Uniform Particle Size
The particle size error of blue ceramic abrasive grain is controlled within ±0.5 mesh. The uniform particle size enables it to form a more uniform contact surface during the grinding process, reducing scratches and grooves, ensuring that the surface roughness of the workpiece reaches the high requirement standard of Ra 0.4 μm or less.
