High Hardness
Calcined white fused alumina undergoes secondary calcination at high temperature to make the crystal structure more compact, and the Mohs hardness reaches above 9.0, so that when grinding hard materials such as metal, stainless steel, and cemented carbide, the metal removal per unit time can reach 18~25 cm³/min.
Strong Self-sharpening
Calcined white corundum is self-sharpening during use, that is, after the edges of the particles are broken during grinding, they can automatically form new sharp-angle cutting surfaces, continuously keeping the cutting edge sharp, and can reduce the number of material changes to once every 10 hours.
Strong High Temperature Resistance
Calcined white corundum undergoes secondary high-temperature calcination, and the maximum temperature resistance can reach above 1900℃. It can be used for a long time in a high temperature environment and is not easy to soften, crack or pulverize.
